   Check-out: By 11:00
   Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
4. Room Regulations

• No Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Pets: Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement with the reception.
• Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests per room must be strictly followed. Additional guests without approval are not permitted.

5. Quiet Hours
   Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Please respect other guests.
6. Use of Facilities

• Pool and Common Areas: Use of shared facilities is at your own risk. Operating hours and usage rules are posted in visible areas.
• Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items. Please use the in-room safe.

7. Housekeeping
   Rooms are cleaned daily. If you require additional cleaning service, please inform the reception.
8. Payment Policy

• Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, in accordance with our policy.
• Final Payment: The remaining amount must be paid upon check-in.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

9. Safety

• Emergency: In case of an emergency, please contact the reception or the emergency number provided in your room.
• Fire: In the event of a fire, follow the emergency exit signs and staff instructions.

10. Damages
    Any damage to the room or hotel facilities caused by guests will be charged to their account.
